I like the LDTs too, I have had 4 different versions. The new JM MP5 V3 is a really good deal and good blaster (by USA standards)

All of them always do. But this is definitely junk and I would not advise anyone to buy it. If you want mag feed, you must pay extra and a get a blaster with an electric/motorized magazine

M190? NO! I don't know of any gel blasters you can put an M190 in. Don't even know where you can get an M190. M95 is probably the largest "safe" spring you can go to, but I have put M110

Try other gel balls. It is not uncommon to need to try more than one brand to find what works best with each blaster

@@GelBallBlasterMaster I tried 5 different types from different manufactures and suppliers. Still doesnt work. When I feed it using the charging handle, then I pull the mag out, a bunch of gel balls fall out.

@@Driftocorn Then there is likely an issue with the nozzle. The rubber tip may have disconnected and is blocking the feed tube or something else is blocking. The blaster itself is firing, correct?

Something's wired backwards I got one of those gen 8 silver wiring harnesses it was wired so wrong man I put it in no matter what I did I cannot wire in mag Prime to it it will not work no matter what way I wired it in it would short out the diode every time just take another one of those guns get yourself some wire and remake a harness off looking at another gearbox if you do that and it's still doing that and I would say it would be something in your trigger switch assembly or a switch or something's wired wrong or bad something's wired backwards but the quality control when it comes to the wiring in some of these blasters is mind boggling sometimes it must have been made on a Friday😅😂

@GelBallBlasterMaster I have a emerbu arp9 to acts weird sometimes it'll shoot on semi-auto for maybe about a minute and then it starts doing Auto burst and eventually it will only do full auto on semi I've taken it apart numerous times I cannot figure out what's wrong with it nothing's broke the selector switch is working correctly they usually act up sometimes if you run 3s on them but this is with a 2s does it regardless when I got it out of the box it ran good for a while and then the semi-auto started doing rapid fire

It is a v2 gearbox, but why are you looking to replace it? Did yours break already? You will see improvement, but if you are not familiar with opening and upgrading gearboxes, I would say you are more likely to cause problems. Of course, everyone has to learn at some point. My suggestion would be a simple spring upgrade to M95 first and a hop up for more distance and accuracy. You do not have to open the gearbox for the spring. You will likely see a bigger FPS increase from this as well. Of course, if you did both, it might be even more, but the spring is pretty simple

I have, there are videos posted. It has not been available for a long time. Have you seen it for sale recently? It is essentially a gen8 gearbox, but I would never recommend that specific model if you are looking to modify or upgrade as it is not a normal gen8

Yeah the one option was a crap weak cast metal gearbox and not expensive only like $100 bucks Australian but basically pointless buying one cause it wouldn't last long and do you know if there's a j8 mag terminal plate or just a arp9 mag terminal plates

Agree, but I bet you can get this with the metal TG gearbox since TG/WD are essentially the same. Just haven't seen it sold yet

That sucks. You are missing so many parts and parts are not aftermarket/replacement parts are not available for this. The seller was probably selling “returned items” that he bought in bulk. There is rampant return fraud and the original buyer probably harvested parts off of it or messed it up trying to do upgrades. Can you do a credit card dispute?

I know. But I can’t justify buying stuff! ZHENDUO is already for good to me. I think they prefer I promote blasters since the parts/upgrade market in USA is not as valuable. Fine with me! I have a couple cool blasters on the way

@@GelBallBlasterMaster yeah you are in a good spot having stuff sent to you for review, look into the aztech innovations Apache by azraels armoury and being in the USA you can get the airsoft versions but they were supposed to send one to the airsoft tech but im not sure if it happened but Jake who has the real deal airsoft channel loves their brown viton orings and won't use any others now supposedly or get akgelblaster to send you the latest black and grey ldx ldx split gearbox that has their tappet less cylinder head. I'm doing a 9:1 dsg with my tan jingji pdx and a apache since there's no tappet plate you don't have to cut the fin down, it's almost cheating and zhenduo still only have the standard piston,piston head and cylinder for the hl-015 so lucky i brought a spare for $80 and a guy gave me 2 but without the can's so im doing more of a Q honey badger with one of the receiver's and buttstock but a round nose metal handguard that’s being painted or powder coated in grey but yeah azraels armoury is one of the registered emg aps distributors so they have the good metal blasters but the sht cast gearbox's go straight in the bin 😂 haha or raided for part's and use those in azraels armourys aztech innovations 7075 cnc'd scythe gearbox that keeps the aps functions like the blow back plate and stuff and that's what's going in my grey falkor blitz sdu 2.0 and they also can be used to replace any v2 gearbox's but check out some of the build videos on utube you will love em

Its nicely made, but this particular one has some air loss issues so the FPS is not where it should be. Sometimes sellers send me blasters that were returns and that seems to be the issue here. It still works great and is consistent, just a little weak.

@@GelBallBlasterMaster change is oring and maybe open up the holes in the piston head so there's no vacuum on the backstroke and i don't know if they have a ported cylinders but if it's a 100 percent get onto the barrel to cylinder volume calculator and match them and that should help and i forgot to mention that i have the 36k base model warhead brushless motor so it should be doing about 50rps

This one has just been a devil. It was the motor it came with too. No rhyme or reason for all the electrical issues. Worked a little, then didn't. Then priming would cause it to fire, then priming wouldn't do anything, switched stuff around then other issues! I am saying this one is cursed. Currently in pieces, but I do have more videos where I put it together and it was working sort of, just to show others how things can go wrong and discuss what I did to attempt to fix them and then it still didn't work out

@@GelBallBlasterMaster your doing a good job and if you weren't i guess these places wouldn't send you products to test, we have a guy over here that's well known and has been pulling the things apart and shows how to do certain things or fix stuff, lowguidos chop shop is his chanel and lately he's been hooking up a cast gearboxes with motor and grip on and he's running it through a amp meter and keeps upping springs and holding it in auto until the front pop's off the funny bugger but doesn't radius them just runs them in stock trim besides the bigger springs

@@GelBallBlasterMaster watching loads of utube videos and some particular builders like the airsoft tech guy on utube is like a airsoft encyclopaedia and and Hiroshima screamer was one of Australia's best builders and he got alot of his information off the airsoft tech and the real deal Jake and trial and error and i went through the trial and error thing aswell and i still am still learning , and cause of my adhd and dyslexia most stuff goes in one ear and out the other but if it's something that im interested in i can't get enough and it just stays logged in my brain 🧠 😂 lol and the easiest way to check for vacuum on the back stroke is get a glass of water and get the lubricated cylinder,cylinder head and nozzle and the piston and piston head and sit the nozzle in the water and pull the piston assembly up and if it sucked up some water open up the holes but i have seen people just open up one hole and that worked but my ocd has to make all the holes the same size 😂 and you don't even see the thing once it's all together but i know that it's there and can't leave it and i splurged and spoilt myself and got a golden eagle Mp5 sd3 for my collection and got another polarstar jack and t238 trigger board and t238 Bluetooth fcu and i think that im going to jack that thing and cause there's the eofy sales on i ordered another retro arms gearbox and i couldn't help myself and ordered a black retroarms AR15 receiver and a few retro receiver part's aswell and im going to do a black and red retroarms hpa build with a black and red strike industries pit viper stock n retro handguard and im going to pull the polarstar F2 out of my aps noveske 7.94 sbr and put that in the red and black build since it's red and silver and put the noveske back to a normal gear and motor deal
